Customer Protection

Fashion Furniture Rental offers a Customer Protection Program (CPP) that helps cover accidental damage to furniture during your lease term. The program costs 12% of your monthly rental rate and provides protection against accidental customer damage, food and beverage stains, and damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fire, and water. However, CPP does not cover pet damage, lost or stolen items, bed bugs, smoke or burn damage, or any form of malicious damage.

What do I do after my term is up?

When you’re ready to schedule a furniture pickup, give us a call at least 15 business days before your move out date and we’ll schedule a team to pack up your furniture and housewares. We suggest calling to schedule your pickup at the same time you give your leasing office 30 day-notice.
