How soon can Fashion Furniture Rental deliver furniture?
Fashion Furniture Rental is proud to offer delivery in as little as 48 hours of your order, Monday – Friday. Next day delivery is available for an additional fee of $150. To ensure next day delivery, all paperwork and payment must be received at 12noon prior to your requested delivery date. Please contact Customer Care for more information.
What if an item I ordered is not available at time of delivery?
If something you ordered is not available, our Customer Care team will call you to discuss comparable substitution options.
Does Fashion Furniture Rental deliver on the weekends?
Fashion Furniture Rental delivers Monday-Friday. Please call Customer Care at 888-432-4196 for more information.
I may not be home during the scheduled delivery window. Can you still deliver the furniture?
Yes we can! Leave a Permission to Enter notice with your apartment community’s leasing office so our team can deliver and set up your furniture. You’ll come home to a fully furnished apartment!
Does Fashion Furniture Rental require a credit check?
Yes, a credit check is required for all potential clients. Customers with no credit history or with any credit issues may also be required to submit a fully-refundable security deposit.
How do I schedule a pickup when my lease is over?
When you’re ready to schedule a furniture pickup, give us a call at least 15 business days before your move out date and we’ll schedule a team to pack up your furniture and housewares. We suggest calling to schedule your pickup at the same time you give your leasing office 30 day-notice, or inputting your request in our furniture pick up form.
How much does the delivery fee cost?
Our transportation fee is $175. This includes delivery, set up, and final pick up at the end of your lease term. Deliveries in zip codes that are out of our normal service area may incur additional fees up to $500.
How does your Low Price Guarantee work?
If you see comparable furniture at a lower price from one of our competitors, you may provide Fashion Furniture Rental with a written quote or advertisement and we will match the price. The Terms and Conditions for this program are:
● Furniture must be of equal or similar style and quality, with final determination at Fashion Furniture Rental’s discretion.
● Applies to all lease terms
● Quote of competitor must be from a credible furniture rental vendor. Quote must be no older than 60 days.
● Does not apply to competitor’s typographical errors.
Does Fashion Furniture Rental rent furniture for events?
We specialize in longer-term home or apartment furniture leases, and do not rent furniture for events.

Where are your showrooms located?
Fashion Furniture does not have physical showrooms. All of our available furniture is featured on our website and ready to rent! If you need additional assistance, contact our customer care team or schedule a virtual consultation for a personalized, one-on-one experience.

Why should I rent furniture instead of buy it?

What if something happens to the furniture during my lease—am I protected?
Fashion Furniture Rental offers a Customer Protection Program (CPP) to cover damage that might occur to the furniture during your lease term. The program cost is equal to 12% of your monthly rental rate. Our CPP protects you against the following:
● Accidental customer damage
● Earthquake, fire, water, and other natural disasters
● Food and beverage stains
CPP does NOT protect from pet damage, lost or stolen property, bed bugs, smoke and burns, or malicious damage.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill via automatic credit card payments, or by a mailed monthly invoice. Learn more about our accounting department here.
Do you rent to customers that have pets?
We understand that you love your pets, and that you want to bring them with you. Pet parents are welcome to rent furniture, however, please be aware that pet damage is not covered by our Customer Protection Program.
