The program costs 12% of your monthly rental rate and provides protection against accidental customer damage, food and beverage stains, and damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fire, and water. However, CPP does not cover pet damage, lost or stolen items, bed bugs, smoke or burn damage, or any form of malicious damage.
